There have been times when i have been waken in the middle if the night and on my way to the kitchen i decide to check my email. There i am at 3 a.m. with an inbox full of questions. I want to go to bed, but now i really cant sleep thinking about all the work ahead of me the next morning. Im going to try to not check mine either until I'm ready. I like the commitment to not open email unless you are prepared to answer a few. There have been times when i have been waken in the middle if the night and on my way to the kitchen i decide to check my email. There i am at 3 a.m. with an inbox full of questions.
